Cancellation Policy
I request 72 hour notice for cancelation of appointment out of respect for me & other clients time.
Cancelation for any reason within a 24 hour window will be a 50% charge of the canceled service minimum, I request a card on file to make the process easy & protected for both ends. If the charge is not paid or this happens excessively you will unfortunately not be able to rebook with me.
If a service is No Called No Showed, you will be unable to rebook if the missed service is not 50% paid for. 15 + minutes late is considered a NCNS. if you show up past the 15 minute mark your service will be denied as we will not have the adequate time to perform your service.
If NCNS is repeated you will unfortunately not be able to rebook with me.
