Cancellation Policy

I request 48 hour notice for cancelation of appointment out of respect for me & other clients time. Although life happens, I totally understand that’s not always possible. I want to work with you! Cancelation for any reason within a 24 hour window will require a 50% deposit of the canceled service, to rebook. I request a card on file to make the process easy & protected for both ends. If the deposit is not paid or this happens excessively you will unfortunately not be able to rebook with me. If a service is No Called No Showed, you will be unable to rebook if the missed service is not 50% paid for, this is not a deposit, this is a fee. 15 + minutes late is considered a NCNS. if you show up past the 15 minute mark your service will be denied or shortened as we will not have the adequate time to perform your service. Deposits for all first time services are required to be paid within a week of booking the appointment, if it’s not paid, your appointment will be denied. If you’re unhappy with a service please reach out within 1 week for adjustments. I do not offer refunds, but I am always happy to make adjustments :)
